What is the GraceFest mission statement? To celebrate Jesus and the unity of the wonderfully diverse Body of Christ. To reach out to our community through music.  To share His message of salvation and unconditional love with people of all backgrounds and cultures. We begin our celebration today.

How can I volunteer at GraceFest? We encourage everyone to volunteer online. Minimum Age is 16.
Once I've entered the festival site, can I leave and return the same day? Yes. Make sure to have your hand stamped when you exit the site. This stamp will allow you re-entry..
How can I support this event? We welcome support at all levels, most importantly prayer. Please visit our support section for additional opportunities.
What is the sponsoring organization for the GraceFest Music Festival? GraceMusic, Inc. is a Florida not-for-profit corporation and a 501c3 tax exempt organization.  GraceMusic, Inc. was created for the specific purpose of holding an annual Christian music festival.
Is GraceFest strictly a youth /teen event?

No, GraceFest is a cross-generational festival with music and activities for grand parents to grandkids.

Who is involved? Surprisingly, GraceFest occurs without any paid staff. This unique Christian event is founded and created by over 150 Christian volunteers in the Pensacola area.  This giving group of volunteers attend over 40 churches representing 12 denominations. Total event volunteers exceed 750 people.
Where are the main gates? GraceFest will utilize only the main gate of the Pensacola Interstate Fairgrounds, just off the main parking lot.
Are coolers, food, bikes, skateboards, or roller-blades allowed into the event? No; however, baby food/formula, fruit, and special needs are allowed.
Are pets allowed? No; however seeing eye dogs are welcome.
Where can we park? The Gracefest site, Pensacola Fairgrounds has plenty of parking. Maps are available online.
Is this a rain or shine event? Yes - no exceptions and no refunds. Some activities may be postponed or rescheduled to a later time during the event if necessary.
Is the festival site wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Also GraceFest is providing interpretation for the Deaf and Hearing Impaired through the Hands in Motion ministry

Where can I get a site map? Fairground/ GraceFest Sitemap are online.
Are lawn chairs allowed? Yes, but please be respectful of others. Keep in mind that viewing space is not reserved and patrons may be standing in front of you during a performance.
Are there activities for children? We offer a children's area for children of ALL ages! 
Where are restrooms located? Restrooms are scattered throughout the site and locations will be well marked.
Are Cameras Allowed ? Only still picture cameras are allowed. No video cameras are allowed.
